Orientation
The orientation includes:

Accommodation in either a Host family or Hostel or any other place provided within the reachable area of the project

Food will be served three times a day but some projects may not serving the food three times a day

Transportation from the Airport.

All Transport during the orientation period, orientation will be done in the project location
-
Half day workshop
-
Transport from Colombo to the project of first choice by public transport servcie
The volunteer must bring along the following to the orientation:

02 Passport photos
-
Money for their Visa extensions and their own matters.(like Shopping)

Small English/German/Chinese/Spanish/French Dictionary
Day 01- Morning :
Arrival in Sri Lanka. Welcome you at the airport and take you to the accommodation.Rest of the day is free.
Day 02 - You will be transferred to the Project
Volunteer Registration & Cultural Awareness and Time Table Hand-out Early morning the volunteers will be picked up and transferred to the project where a half day Volunteer workshop will take place.
We will issue them an ID card (must bring two passport photos with.)

Please note that if a volunteer has chosen more than one project he/she must bear the cost of transport to these projects. We will assist them with organizing.
